Shipping

Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from Helsinki, Finland.

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination country. In most cases, orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation of payment. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Packaging
Each lamp is securely packed to ensure safe delivery. We use protective and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.

Customs & duties
For international deliveries outside the EU, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Cancellations

Right of withdrawal
As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

Conditions of return

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to return

  1. Contact us at info@luxnomen.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the product back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or damaged items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [contact email] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
